KCRA NEWSLETTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The KCRA Newsletter is an online publication of the Kings County Repeater Association, Inc. (a nonprofit corporation) freely available to any interested party. Registered subscribers must understand and adhere to the terms and conditions as follows:

Description of the newsletter

Registered users of the newsletter are provided with information on the latest happenings of the Kings County Repeater Association, including (but not limited to) it’s events, membership information, product reviews, editorials, and fundraisers.

Frequency

The newsletter is sent regularly via Email on a monthly basis, on occasion we may send two or more newsletters in a one month period.

Feedback

Subscribers are encouraged to send feedback about the newsletter, a link is included in every edition.

Unsubscribe

Registered subscribers can unsubscribe anytime by following the directions at the bottom of each edition. Members of the KCRA should contact any board member.

All parts, contents and information present in the KCRA newsletter are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Privacy Policy

This newsletter and its webpage available at the Kings County Repeater Association website is maintained and updated by the Kings County Repeater Association, Inc. (a nonprofit corporation) and its members. Your personal information such as name, call sign, email address, age, and other demographics are only collected by personally choosing to provide that information to us. The use of your information is limited to the following activities: sending of newsletter, responding to your emails, and sending communications including membership drive,  fundraising, and promotional communications from the KCRA. Additionally the KCRA may use methods at its disposal to track newsletter effectiveness such as gathering data to see how many people read the newsletter. We will not share or sell your personally identifiable information. The newsletter may contain links to other sites that may have different policies. The KCRA reserves the right to change this policy.
