Written by Gary, KB2BSL

Kenwood will be announcing two new radios at this years Dayton Hamvention.

The new HF radio is the TS-590s and will feature a 32 bit floating-point DSP, and should be good for contesting or mobile operation.

The new HT, the TH-D72, features a built in GPS unit, full APRS functionality, special Echolink memories, and finally a built in USB port! No longer will you need a USB to serial adapter or a special cable to use this radio with a computer. This radio will replace the TH-D7a.

No word yet on pricing.

Pictures after the jump.
