were surprised by several old members!! Thanks guys, for making it a great time!

ARES is looking for at least 20 operators

We could use volunteers for these events and others, please contact us at info @ kc2ra org.

We are looking in to doing a free HAM Technician (2) day weekend class and test, probably in

November. We have always gotten a great response from the participants of the hands-on class,

and will be doing this class again this winter. The class will be open to ALL, and is free,

including the testing!!

The IRLP & D-Star server needs a new location, with free access to the internet.

Become Radioactive! Come to the KCRA meetings! Learn something participating in our Hands-On-

Labs! The Kings County Repeater Association needs your support at our monthly meetings! If you

have any ideas that pertain to amateur radio, we would like to hear from you.

I think most of us are members of the ARRL. If you are not, I would like you to consider

becoming a member of the ARRL. The ARRL has a lot to offer you in many ways, and they protect the

amateur radio bands from commercial use!
